Undelivered Order Policy
If an order is undelivered, we will deduct the shipping cost and any applicable variable costs such as a 2% payment gateway fee and packaging cost. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Jewelin Store will receive the parcel from the respective courier partner and our QC team will inspect the return product, once it is approved the refund for the same will be done in 15 working days.
Sales Policy :
Jewelin Store enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.
Kindly note the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered. Jewelin Store reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment.
In case a damaged product or wrong product is sent by the seller i.e. Jewelin Store the same should be informed us by an email with the tag, product image and invoice copy, Jewelin Store will schedule a pick up for the same from your door step. The address to be mentioned is as below.
